Perfection!
5/5 This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house has so much space, beautiful outdoor areas and sits atop an amazing community lake. It’s quiet, has a well stocked kitchen and includes kayaks to explore the water. My group had the best time and definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will be back!

Great views!
5/5 We had a staycation/girls weekend with 7 people and it was amazing! Plenty of room, views were spectacular! The weather was perfect so we spent time hanging out on the dock (the walk back up is no joke!), which was so peaceful and relaxing.
We will definitely be back!

5/5 This house has everything you need for a large family/a couple families to stay and enjoy this part of Arkansas. Waking up to the lake views and getting to watch the kids kayak and fish at the bottom of the hill is how we started our days. House has everything you need, comfortable beds and plenty of space to play and hang out. Thank you Bill for everything!

Impeccable attention to details to make sure the guests felt right at home, with special touches, and exceptional communication. Clean, tidy, and well stocked with what a group would need.
