Hubby and I were itching to get away for a few days. We love the cooler temps in the Pine/Payson area, comparable to Sedona without all the traffic. The cabin is large with beautiful high ceilings. We have a 21 and 23 year old so we always book a place that can accommodate them. They didn’t end up making this trip so it was just my husband and I and our dog. It was a delightful, relaxing stay. The house is well equipped with everything you need and lots to keep you entertained. We enjoyed shooting pool in the evening and sitting on the huge deck with coffee in the morning. Would love to come back when there’s snow!

From the owner: "Thanks so much Ellen for the review! would love to have you back in the winter. we even have sleds! I think you could go straight down the driveway into the backyard. into the elk eating the birdseed out of the feeders! Haha"
It was very peaceful and beautiful. The host is very nice and responsive to the questions. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed to stay for few days. I love to go back and revisit the place.

From the owner: "Glad to have you, Eliza! Hope to host you again!"
Several times a year I rent houses and this owner was the best. She was very informative and easy to work with. She provided fire pits with extra propane tanks, an excess of firewood for the fire place. What a wonderful time out family had enjoying this property and time together.

Everything is as described. Plenty of activities and games to keep everyone occupied. Will definitely consider coming back to this beautiful place. There are a lot of stairs, something to consider for those who may have issues with going up and down them.
