Ocean View and Private Pool
5/5 Our three-generation family loved this place. Everything was in near pristine condition and everything worked. The ocean view above Heeia Bay is gorgeous. The swim pool is long enough to swim a few strokes. The main house has a large kitchen and a very spacious living area. The living area connects almost seamlessly to an ocean view patio that surrounds the pool. Ocean access is a walk of a few minutes. There is an upstairs master suite in the main house and three downstairs suites with outside entry doors. The three downstairs suites connect to the main house under a covered walkway of a private entry patio. Each suite has a full bath and a separate air conditioner. I had not seen a layout like this before but it worked well for us for a combination of togetherness and privacy. We especially liked these things - the large and comfortable living area, the view of Heeia Bay, the swim pool and the privacy of the separate suites. Evolve was the booking company and we are very happy with their responsiveness.

5/5 Amazing location on the bay. The house is definitely a little older and the lack of ac could be an issue but they provided lots of fans and in room ac units that worked fine with the cooler January breezes.

Great location!
4/5 This house has a beautiful view with a great cove to snorkel. The beach is rocky but the water is so clear you can see the fish from the deck. Larry the gardener is fantastic at his job and a wealth of knowledge about the island so be sure to talk to him if you see him.The house layout is great but the inside is very dated.If you like air condition this is not the house for you. The upstairs bedroom air did not work at all and the living room air doesn't do much to cool the downstairs. If you are cooking dinner as the sun sets the kitchen can be extremely hot. There is usually an ocean breeze but not always. We had lovely weather and like the windows open. Great house and location but would recommend some upgrades for the price point.

Hawaiian paradise
5/5 This property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for 8. The view is amazing right from your deck. We will be back and I’m sure we will stay here again. We had a small issue during check in but it was taken care of very quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better management or owners!!
