Everything we needed!
5/5 Clean, well-appointed charming home in Cotter. Everything we needed during our family visit. Lovely kitchen and great size bathroom, along with comfortable beds and bedding. Nice-size fenced backyard. Great for hanging out and letting pets run around.

5/5 We were in town to visit family and this house was perfect for our needs! Loved the kitchen, which was fully equipped, and the back porch and yard were a great place to hang out! Would definitely stay here again!
Unique Stay
4/5 3 fishing friends enjoyed a 3 nighter at this location and found it quite accommodating. Only drawback is one restroom, albeit pretty neat!
