• Great family get away!

  This house is perfect for families. From the living room you feel like you’re in a treehouse. The large wrap around deck was a big love for morning coffee, not to mention the early morning “Deer” visitor stop by. The biggest hit for the young kids was the bunk bed room with the ladder to the loft bed. We had everything we needed. Something for most ages. The steps could be a challenge for older people so make sure to bring young ones to assist! But once in place all was great!

• Awesome Property and Location!

  What a great house in a great location! It's located on the first hole of the Aspen Valley golf course which makes for some great views and golfer watching. :) We had two families with a total of 10 people + a dog and there was plenty of parking, room, and beds for everyone to be comfortable. Everything was super clean upon check-in and the bedding was great! We utilized all of the games provided including the arcade games, darts, ping pong, and corn hole. There are plenty of utensils and a coffee maker in the kitchen as well as a grill on the patio which we took full advantage of. It's in a great safe neighborhood and close to downtown Flagstaff. It was nice to be able to walk the dog on the golf course in the evenings. The property management company and hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. The check-in process was easy and smooth and they let us check-in early as well. We would definitely stay here again!

  Nice house in a nice location right on the fairway at the Continental Country Club. Overall I would stay at this property again however, being that it is Flagstaff and it was July, it did get pretty warm, over 90 on some days, and there is no air-conditioning in the house so even though the property manager provided fans, it was still extremely hot from the afternoon into the late evening on the second floor of the house. I would suggest adding a split unit upstairs to keep things cool the 3 or 4 months a year it’s needed. Access to the property was provided by a key in a lockbox, however, it only opens the front door which is up a large flight of stairs from the driveway. The bedrooms downstairs and garage were inaccessible from the driveway level and this it meant a lot of running up and down stairs unnecessarily. The neighborhood has no where to walk as it’s all streets without sidewalks, and as a guest, I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking your dog on any course or cart path. Most of the neighbors we met seemed to look at us, knowing we were renters, and we felt pretty unwelcome the entire stay by the other homeowners in the area. The kitchen and bedding were very good and the bathrooms had recently been remodeled which was very nice. There were lots of cooking appliances available and overall, it was a good experience. Last thing I will add is that the couches were extremely uncomfortable and I would switch them out if it was my house.

  - We now have a swamp cooler that cools 1,000 square feet in the upstairs area for those hot summer days.
  - We've updated from a lockbox to a keyless pad on the front door and the garage door downstairs for easy entry on both floors.
  - The couches are brand new so we're hoping they get broken in over time.
