Great location, excellent communication
3/5 Great location, would give 5 stars but I did have some issues with the overall condition of the unit. Pro’s— excellent location, clean common area and nice pool, hot tub, clubhouse was excellent. Designated parking spot under cover. Unit had all the necessary utensils and towels. AC works well, the beds are very firm and that’s what we like.
Con’s— was a little bit dirty, the interior was dated. Needs a little minor upkeep and a little better job with cleaning mattress protector between visits. Bedding was clean but there was a lot of hair on the mattress protector. Master bath towel bar fell apart, as well as a curtain rod when used. A couple other minor issues were a broken electronic dartboard, a dresser that has a loose board on the bottom, a picture on the wall that kept falling off. Just needs about 6 hours of TLC and would be 5 stars. Overall I would stay here again! I know that the owners will address these small items we noticed. Just can’t give 5 stars quite yet.
