CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins at this time.
- Unit 211, Enter through the West Entrance
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Enter last 4 digits AND then push the lock icon to enter (when leaving, just push lock button to lock house)
- Guest should follow the check-in instructions listed on the refrigerator
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs at this time
- Guest should follow check-out instructions listed on the refrigerator
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
- If any items are left behind, please follow the instructions on the refrigerator
- When leaving, just push lock button to lock house

HOUSE RULES:

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

NOTE FROM THE OWNERS:
-- Due to the current Coronavirus situation, we are enhancing our cleaning procedures. We will be cleaning all high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, faucets, TV remote, countertops, etc. Soft surfaces such as chairs and couches will be sprayed to disinfect and sanitize, using Peroxy HDOX a green cleaning solution containing hydrogen peroxide.
- Until further notice, we will also be removing all pillows, blankets, and bed covers from the condo, for added caution. We regret the inconvenience, but you must bring your own pillows and bed covers as they will not currently be provided. Clean sheets, pillow covers, and bath towels will be provided normally
