Plumbing Problems
2/5 Our stay was nice. The lake was beautiful. The property has plumbing issues. The property manager had to get a plumber out there a couple of hours after we checked in due to a rotten egg odor that wouldn't go away. Then we discovered that there was no working water upstairs. It would work from time to time but not consistently. There are pressure issues also due to a sharing of the well with the property next door.
There are zero amenities and for a lake property I would have expected kayaks, paddle boards or at the bare minimum some chairs down at the dock.

- We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. The listing does not state that we offer guests kayaks or paddle boards, but we’re sorry if this caught you off guard.
- We ensure all amenities are working before every guest's arrival, however, we’re sorry to hear you encountered some maintenance issues during your stay. When notified, we immediately spoke with you about sending our maintenance crew out to ensure you could enjoy the vacation home for the rest of your stay.
- We do understand that these amenities play a large role when guests book a property. I have ordered a couple of seats for the dock, and they will be available for use by guests shortly. I am having a padlock and latch set up on the storage space on the dock so they do not get blown into the water.
- While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues.

Terrific Property
5/5 This was a truly wonderful property for my family!! It was especially nice that our pup was able to stay with us. Everything was even better than listed. The small details were taken care of, and that made for an extra nice trip.
