Spotless and Well-decorated!
5/5 This property is close to campus and was the perfect home for our family for graduation weekend. The mattresses, linens, and pillows were all very comfortable, and the home is well-decorated in a tasteful Notre Dame theme. It looks smaller from the outside but is surprisingly spacious inside with a good flow between rooms. There is a finished front porch we did not even have a chance to enjoy and there is a spacious upstairs with another sitting area. There is only one full bath, but we coordinated easily among our group. The kitchen was also well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pans, and quality knives. There is a large backyard with a covered patio and a fire pit, along with plenty of fenced-in, secure parking (fits at least 3 cars). The owners are wonderful to work with and own another property of Tonte we had rented for junior parents weekend last year that I also highly recommend. They price their properties fairly compared to others, and we will definitely rent from them again for football weekends.
