Ozark trip 2023
4/5 Excellent location to everything we like to do. Very nice property and great view of the lake. Screened in porch was wonderful and relaxing. We missed not having a grill. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Great condo and great views
4/5 My family has been staying at the Ledges for about 10 summers, and we've stayed at a few different units over the years. This has been the nicest one so far. The spaces are great (besides the small kitchen, which most of the units have), plenty of seating, two living rooms, and updated decor. Also the screened in decks were nice and helped keep the bugs away while we sat out there at night, and the main channel views are amazing. The only negative was that there were a few things missed by the cleaning team. Bits of trash left under the bed, a few dirty dishes with food on them put away in the cabinet (which i realize may have been left by a previous tenant) and the floors, although swept, were filthy. But I've found the dirty floors to be common in most units. Also the sliding door to the deck upstairs stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close. Overall the condo was great, very comfortable, great location, views, and amenities! We all enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway
5/5 This property was exactly as promised in the advertisement. It was clean, spacious and well appointed for whatever we needed. We enjoyed the local restaurants nearby and especially enjoyed the lake and the pool for the kids. I highly recommend this property.
