Didn’t get what we paid for
2/5 There were several things that needed to be attended to the icemaker wasn’t working two of the rooms weren’t heated which we couldn’t use. one was the rec room what was a main reason we rented. it just wasn’t like it was explained on the website not enough pans to cook with just need some work main thing was you know not being able to use the entire house was upsetting. The code getting in the house didn’t work- we paid for a lot more than we received but we made the best of it. We won’t stay at these properties or recommend .

Had a wonderful time in Black Mountain!
5/5 We were looking for a nice quiet place to relax, that wasn't too far from outdoor activities and interesting towns, but felt away from it all - and we hit the jackpot with this rental.
A lovely place in a beautiful setting, 5 minutes from Black Mountain and all the shops and restaurants you could ask for, 30 minutes from Asheville and everything on offer there, but cozy and set apart with plenty of wildlife and wilderness all around.
We really appreciated all the modern amenities and how comfortable the house was. Especially enjoyed the screened-in porch overlooking the back garden and woods, and the games room where we sent many fun evenings working through the numerous board games that have been thoughtfully provided.
Being able to bring our pet was also a huge plus, as we don't really travel without her anymore, and it isn't always easy to find places that will accommodate furry family members.
A final note: A big shout out to our local contact, Noelle Ewing, who did a wonderful job and was very welcoming, helpful and considerate. We really felt very taken care of and she offered great support and information during our stay.
Perfect for session break
5/5 This was a nice place to stay for camp session break. It was conveniently located near Crestridge. It was clean and practical.
