1/5 Did not stay at this crap hole because the air wasn’t working. Was given 2 alternatives to move to, but these were nothing but”crack” hotels. Found a hotel on our own and eventually had a great time there.

Hi Debbie, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following:
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. The AC went out and we did everything possible in an attempt to have it repaired in time for your check-in and stay. Unfortunately, despite our hard efforts, although we were able to get an after hours technician come out, it was discovered there was a hole in the coil, and it needed to be replaced. The coil had to be put on order, and we were advised it would be a week before that part would come in. We felt it was in your best interest to cancel the reservation, again we apologize for the inconvenience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.great stay
