Great location and wonderful stay!
5/5 We can't wait to return here. Plenty of room for our large group and so nice to have a pool in the evenings! Everything is walkable- food, beach and fun! Very comfortable stay and great hosts! Thank you! This Chicago group will be back!
Beautiful place!
5/5 This place was better than I expected. The rooms had such a beachy vibe and there’s lots of space. This gives the feel of a true vacation!! The pool is spectacular and there’s a direct walk to the beach. I recommend because this place is near everything. I can tell that these people truly wanted its guests to have a comfortable and delightful stay!!
Nice property, could use some updating.
4/5 Overall, no major issues, we had a great time. That said, you could tell the property could use some TLC and some updates. Simple things like the outdoor shower head (almost no water comes out; it’s corroded and old), or the door knob to the upstairs (the latch gets stuck so you have to mess with it to get it to close properly), and maybe a paint job, especially on the balcony/pergola outside.There were some other minor amenities and things that would have been nice, like more wash rags, etc. But again, for the most part it was a good stay with no major complaints. We would stay here again, but it would be nice to see the owners update the property a little.

Beach home away from home
5/5 We were trying to decide to we get a condo rental or home rental. Boy did we make a great decision to stay here! It was like having a home away from home.
We had two families and a total of 8 people. We had plenty of room to relax. The upstairs was spacious with a nice size dining room table. The kitchen has every type of cookware or utensil you could need. We cooked out on the charcoal grill one night which made it nice to relax at home. Also, the kids loved to be able to walk to the beach and then come back to swim in a heated pool (in January). The beds and pillows were comfortable, we all slept great. The teens stayed in the bottom floor and liked having their own area to hang out. I really loved the wrap around porch on the upper floor. I could sit out front and see the bay. This was a great get away for our families. We highly recommend this home for a great stay at SPI!
