  Great location and perfect view of Leconte Mountain. Expect a lot of curvy roads to get to cabin, but worth the twists and turns.

• Terrible and disgusting experience

  This cabin seem like the perfect place for my family and I to settle while we stayed in the mountains. However, the cabin are not how they advertised to be and quite disgusting. We had arrived late at night, so we couldn't initially tell how the rooms had looked.Although, after a closer examination we did see the beds and the rooms were covered in dog hairs. My son and I are very allergic to dogs, which is why finding dog hairs in a pet free cabin was quite frustrating. It stated on the site it's a pet free cabin, so we would not have booked it or come if we were told otherwise. I called and try to settle the issues, in which the response I got was very rude. I was talking to Connie, who is from evolve. She told me they would send someone over to clean the cabin. The cleaners came over and saw the dog hairs and cleaned it up (they only changed out the comforters, not the sheets). While I appreciate the cleaning, however it doesn't take out the pet dander, which is what we are allergic to. It is also concerning that it wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. I called back to try and explain this and get a refund, which I was denied. They even told me that I shouldn't have left. My son and I were already experiencing allergic reactions to the pet dander. How could we stay? The reason I am writing this review is because I wanted to receive a refund for the rude experience and gross conditions of the cabin that were supposedly "pet free".   - We prioritize the cleanliness and condition of our pet-free cabin. Upon learning of the reported issue, our immediate goal was to address it. After consulting with our Guest Contact and Evolve, we ensured to prioritize this and our Guest Contact was at the property within about an hour.
  - After you reported issues, you stayed in the residence for half the day, even beyond the checkout time, despite claimed allergic reactions. Our priority is cleanliness, and we seldom have guests reporting dissatisfaction. For your safety, we accommodated you by waiving the cleaning fee and the night stayed. However, we are not responsible for the remaining burden of the reservation.
  - We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Securing travel insurance at the time of confirming your stay could have assisted in case of issues like a family emergency or illness conflicting with your booking.
  We reflect on guest experiences to improve our quality services and understand every guest experience is unique. Our team works diligently with our guests to ensure they have that five-star experience.   Cabin was amazing! We really had a good time in town. Clean, cozy, lots of natural light. It was awesome!

  The cabin was wonderful! It was a great location with a fantastic view. It was clean and smelled great- you could smell the wood and I loved that! The beds were nice too and we had what we needed for our weekend. I will add that true to a log cabin, you could hear everything in the rest of the house lol. But the hot tub was great! And we saw so many bears! The owner was easy to reach and very nice! Thanks so much!

  House was in good location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge away from crowds. Nice view of the mountains with bear sightings in the neighborhood daily. House was clean with everything you need. Good communication prior to stay. There is construction going on in house down the road but we never heard any noise within the house.
