  We booked this cabin for our family vacation and literally every game was broken. Parkman arcade does not work! So why even list it? The pool table pocket falls out. So no playing pool? The foosball had no balls. The hot tub leaks and pours water out from under the tub! We were afraid of how long it may have been leaking and rotten under the deck…. So no hot tub! There was a racket in the attic… what critters it was is a mystery. Huge hole in the side of the house!!! We messaged guest services about the trash cans that were overflowing when we got here because we had no where to throw our trash away. With 11 people and no place to put trash!! We took off some to local dumpster at car wash.

  The house is settling so bad it’s leaning and the doors do not close properly or lock! We were not impressed with this cabin at all! This place also needs to be stocked with more than two towels per bathroom. We are on vacation and had to wash towels every day so we could have some for our showers that night. We ended up just buying more. For the price of what we had to spend it was definitely not worth the money!

  The cabin had great space for everyone. It was clean but a little dated. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall a nice clean place to stay

  Our stay was great! The location of the property was very nice. Close enough to the Parkway to be near all the action, but far enough to feel a little seclusion and privacy. One great thing about the location was the main road to the Parkway has a stoplight at the Parkway intersection, so made it easy to turn left or right! The listing is spot on with the description, bedding, baths, etc. I only rate a four star on the cleanliness due to some items not being touched in a while. It was obvious that the windows and blinds had missed cleaning for a while, and some other spots we happened to notice (under beds, behind furniture, etc.) had not been cleaned recently. However, the main items (flooring, kitchen, baths, etc.) were very clean and satisfactory. The overall 'feel' of the house was a bit off. We could tell it is primarily used for rental and most likely owned by an investment group that has never been in the property (commercial style carpet, signs posted everywhere (nice for light switches for sure), and an advertisement sign on the front porch). These were just details we had noticed and felt a little odd, as we like the feeling of truly feeling like someone is sharing their home with us. Lastly, parking was a concern for us initially, but all worked out well. We traveled in on three full size vehicles. Although tight, we made it work. I would guess if you have 4+ vehicles, would be a big inconvenience on the parking situation.

  Booking was incredibly easy, the check in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The property was exactly what we hoped for, the view was great, we were super happy with the size of the cabin and we couldnt have chosen a better one.

• Cabin in Pigeon Forge

  Lovely large "cabin". Very clean. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms (nice water pressure). Kitchen seemed well-appointed (although we really did not do any major cooking so I can't comment much on that). Huge long table for meals. Rustic/cabin decor. Nice hot tub (water was pristine) and small gameroom downstairs. Great location for activities in Pigeon Forge. We felt safe. No noise at night.

  Woods around the cabin give the feel of being in the mountains but short/easy drive into town. Host was immediately responsive via text. Would definitely stay again.
