It’s a so so thing
2/5 Communication with host took forever for her to respond but she did let us check in an hour and half early. House was very clean inside but the beds were the worse part. One bed was broke, one hard and the twins were like sleeping on floor. The master bath had issues as well with water not draining when showering. Also get ready to be yelled at by the older lady in house on corner due to parking in front of her house.

It’s ok
4/5 The house over all is located in a nice area. Close to everything. The bedding was clean and the house overall was clean. The floors were a bit dirty. Lots of left over crumbs. The photos are not quite accurate of the layout of the home. They need to be updated. The beds were all small and VERY soft. There are no curtains in the master so be ready to be up with the sun as the room is pretty bright even with the blinds. There’s also no closet. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked. There is no “master” bathroom and all the towels are very worn and stained. The TV/Amazon stick in the master did not work. It is missing a power cord. The worst parts: 1. The upstairs rental. I was unaware until after I booked this location that we would have such close neighbors. They were SO loud and every step, jump, run , etc. was extremely upsetting especially at midnight. The walls/floors are paper thin. 2. The yard was SUPER tiny and had some LARGE pieces of left over dog droppings from the previous tenet. I paid a good pet fee to bring my tiny Shih Tzu and assumed the previous renters would have cleaned up after their pet. 3. The check out process sucks. We had to be out by 10! We were on a fishing excursion the previous day and were exhausted! To be up and in a rush so early really sucked! We were also directed to strip all beds, take out trash and wash and put away all dishes. Shouldn’t the cleaning fee take care of most of this? Over all the place was ok. Over priced for sure and I would not recommend for those wanting a nice quiet stay.

Great Comfortable Stay, Great Location, Lots of Space!
5/5 My family and I have a great, comfortable, enjoyable stay! We got to town early and we were able to get checked-in early which was awesome especially having 2 babies and 2 toddlers with us! The house has enough room for kids to play and adults to relax! The location is awesome centrally located to where we wanted to be! My whole family highly recommends any families to stay here! Thank you!
