Loved the location
4/5 We loved the location and outdoor spaces but were disappointed with the seating options in the living room. The pictures show 3 sofas & what was actually there was one small couch & 2 uncomfortable chairs.

5/5 Beds are very comfortable! A few imperfections. Carpet could you a good cleaning. Master bathroom's hot water faucet is very loose. All in all a nice place!

Awesome beach house!
5/5 Enjoyed the rental. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfy. Master bedroom was very nice. Kitchen is awesome. Could use some updated pots and pans for cooking. Outside storage has a handy beach cart and plenty of beach chairs to use. A few negatives: carpet upstairs was dirty. The room with a bunk was advertised as 2 queen beds and a twin bunk. It was really a bunk, and a queen with a full size trundle bed. The gas grill outside needs replacing. The elements are burned out. Hot water faucet in master bathroom is really loose, about to come off. Love the convenience to everything. I would definitely recommend this rental if the few things were corrected.
Terrible rental
1/5 This rental was terrible! The carpet was filthy. Toilet paper holders were broken, light bulbs did not work, can light were so dim you couldn’t see, there were many, many items that our puppy found that were so small they could have chocked her, vent in the bathroom was loose. The doors were dirty, doorbell was loose and hanging by wires. The rental agent was rude and unhelpful. When I sent a message before confirming this rental asking if the master was on the first floor, I was told it was.. It wasn’t. My husband is disabled and he had a terrible time going up the stairs to bed. I will NOT rent from this agency ever again.
