• Fantastic lakefront home for all ages!!

  This house was perfect for our family if 10 ranging from ages 7 to 70! The lake front offered stunning views from inside or on one of the 3 large decks. Inside offered plenty of space to gather for meals and activities in the great room. The privacy of each of the 3 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kids loved the private dock for fishing and swimming. The pools in the Margaritaville subdivision were close to the house and fun for all. We also went to the resort pool with water slides for the kids! The property sold right before our stay and new owners took possession while we were there with a smooth transition. The new owners were great to work with and swift to respond to our questions and needs. They have plans to turn this great property into a grand one!! Can’t wait to rent it again to see their proposed updates. There are so many activities in the area from cave tours to go carts to make lasting memories with your family!!

• Awesome setup, very family friendly!

  Wonderful stay, was in town for a family wedding, we had the house full from a 1 year old to Grandma and Grandpa. Great setup and layout, plenty of room to hang out, inside and out.

  Certainly recommend, great communication and would stay here again in a heart beat. Access to the lake but away from the hustle. Cove provided great views and access but super peaceful!

• Great lakefront Osage beach family vacation!

  What a fantastic place to hold our family vacation with the kids and grandkids! The house met the needs of our group of ten that ranged from ages 7 to 70!! Having our own dock for the kids to fish and swim was a new addition to this years trip and was a big hit! The spacious house gave us plenty of room to spend time together but still have space to chill out privately for each family. The view of the lake was stunning from dawn to dusk from the many decks at the private cove. We loved cooking out on the grill and had plenty of seating inside and out to dine together as a family. I was a little concerned to learn that the house was sold and the new owners were taking possession during our stay.. but it was a seamless transition. I was in contact with the new owner Stacy over a minor issue and she was so nice and accommodating to meet our needs. She has plans to make some great updates to the already stunning property. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool and also the water slide pool at Margaritaville during our stay. The location is close to all of the fun activities and shopping the lake has to offer for all ages. We hope to rent this great retreat again in the future and make more memories with our kids and grandkids!! Thanks Stacy for sharing your new property with our family!!

• Spring break 2023

  Our family loved this trip! Osage beach was empty and we had such a blast without the crowds! We left a blizzard in Michigan so the 60/70’s temps were great for us! The Margaritaville resort had lots of restaurants, the kids enjoyed the boat rental, bowling alley, water park, & arcade. We also visited near by go karts and restaurants, as well as bridal caves & haha Tonka state park. We fished off the dock daily, enjoyed bonfires, and the kids became friends with some ducks who loved being fed a few times per day,the house worked great for our 3 growing boys, they stayed upstairs and had the whole place to themselves! Highly recommend for making amazing family memories!

• Great Family Vacation!

  We LOVED our stay. Perfect time and location to visit the area. No crowds, comfortable weather, & such a fun little town. The house was great, the kids loved fishing, the amenities & essentials were so convenient! We would definitely recommend!
