• Great space with lots of little details & super close to SDC!

  This condo was wonderful for many reasons including: superb location near SDC & removed from the strip, onsite amenities, ground level with very close parking & no one above you. Sarah the host was easy to contact & always responsive. She proactively contacted me at the start & end of our stay as well which was extra thoughtful & appreciated. We also so appreciated the well thought out details like: beautifully decorated, coffee bar (even including flavored syrups!), hot chocolate, snacks, kids tent (my kiddos loved & each took a turn sleeping in!), record player w/ records, plenty of pillows & blankets, Christmas decorations (even holiday bingo sheets & peppermints), electric fireplace, several laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup wipes, coffee pots in both the kitchen & studio room...and much more!Three things I would suggest: • Even just a couple extra towels & wash cloths would be so helpful & an easy adjustment.• The studio mattress felt comfortable at first when just sitting on it but it seemed to slope in the middle when two people were laying in the bed during the night.• The studio bedroom fan made some noises/clanking off & on so that would be great to look at closer to resolve - again, minor & probably an easy fix but it did wake us some.We would absolutely stay here again & again! It would especially be delightful in the warmer months with the pools, golf course, etc.WELL DONE!

• AMAZING and Family-Friendly!

  Our family had the BEST time staying at Happy Oaks Retreat. The owners have thought of every little detail that could make for a cozy and comfortable stay away from home. Traveling and staying in someone else’s place with a toddler is anxiety inducing, but this rental made things so easy with being equipped with kid-friendly dishes, a playhouse and more. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!
