Lack of information and poor internet connection
1/5 There was no guest/welcome book with instructions. That made it difficult to utilize appliances and television. We had to ask for the code for the fitness room and never got a code for the walk- in gate at the front entrance. Not book also meant that we had no information about local places to eat, shop, etc. The contact person was somewhat responsive with text messages, but the email contact given never responded. The 3 televisions were basically unusable as you had to access your own Amazon or Roku, but the internet connection was horrible so the television kept cutting out. I was unable to work since the connection was so poor. The fitness room was very dirty. In addition, there were 6 air fresheners that made a noise about every 5 minutes, which was annoying. I rent property 2-3 times a year, and I would not recommend this property at all!

- We apologize that our previous guests relocated our Guest book and not allowing you to find the wifi information or other property information
- We are glad that we were able to provide you with the necessary codes once you reached out to us
- Prior to your arrival, we had cable removed from our property. We are very sorry if this impacted your stay
- Thank you for the feedback about the air freshener. We removed the air fresheners, as we know each person has a different smell preference
- The security guard at the main gate should have provided you with the walk-in gate code, so we apologize that they didn't give you the code
- We will speak with the board about the exercise room not being clean enough, so we appreciate your feedback
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Will be back!
