First Catalina trip
5/5 This was our first time to Catalina and we were very happy with the stay at this condo. The golf cart was a huge help to get around the town and the condo itself was clean well kept.

Second stay
5/5 This has been the second time I have stayed at this property and it does not disappoint. Good communication with on-site manager. Early checkin available. Clean. Comfortable bed and nice golf cart. Will be staying here again!!!

jazz festival
3/5 This is a nice quiet place to stay and enjoy the evening stars at night. They said that there were stairs to go down to the condo, but they didn't tell us about the 48 steps up from the golf cart
The unit itself was just ok, the outdoor furniture is in sad condition with chair pads that are stained and worn out. The railings were full of bird droppings and the patio deck around the table was in need of a good washing. The inside of the unit shows it's age and not much pride in ownership. We will be looking for a different place to rent for next year.

- Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of updating the outdoor furniture now that this summer season is over. Additionally, we are providing additional updates to our unit ready for next season.
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We have since followed up with our cleaning team to address your concerns about the cleanliness of the deck to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
