  This property had several positive features however there were some issues.

  Pros: gated community-very secure; two parking spaces right in front of the townhouse; beds were comfortable and linens were clean; extra blankets and towels; all the bedrooms had ceiling fans; kitchen dishware available and clean; all appliances worked; free wifi; AC/Heater worked well; price was right; easy check in and out.

  Cons: upon entering the townhouse-slight musky smell coming from possibly the sink's garbage disposal; all the bathroom vent fans need to be replaced- downstairs one was squealing very loudly; stairs and upstairs floor creak-not good for light sleepers; nearby private airport so you sometimes hear small planes taking off in the morning; bathtub/shower sliding glass doors were very dirty-soap scum-my guess is the cleaning crew does not go inside the tub so they don't see it; safe in the main bedroom does not work however I felt comfortable leaving expensive items in the bedroom drawers.

  Disney is close to the townhouse but the traffic is sometimes heavy. The Orlando airport was about a 40 minute drive- with medium traffic. Not complaining, just letting others know.

  I would have rated this property higher but the soap scum and the noisy floors kept me at a 3 out of 5. A little bit of TLC would bring this home to a 5.

• Things to think about

  It took the front gate quite a while to complete check-in but once we were in it was easier to come and go. The home was very well decorated and so thought of and I liked that. The front door was very easy to access. The house was full of life and very noisy as far as the A/C, bathroom fans, and floors. But I loved the spaciousness and the SMART home comfortability. I give a 3 out of 5.

  The bathtube in the master is unsafe. The tube support is broken and creaking every time anyone gos in to the tube and the drain is broken. So no baths if wanted. The tile in bathroom had mold. Plus needs to be resealed before it causes more damage to the wall behind it.

  They only provided 5 towels.

  The water is bi polar its either cold or steaming hot. Their is rust in the sink. The carpet needs to be replaced. When i walked in house smelled like wet dog due to the cleaners used dirty water to clean floors that were sticky. The beds are very firm. They need to spray for best control lots of spiders and then last day we had roach in are room. We never took any food upstairs but had a roach.

  The fan in the kids room was broken. The second king room not the master the closet door was falling down and we had to put it back in place.

  I don't think property manager is handling the property well.

  They had everything u needed in kitchen. It was close to the parks which was nice. This place could be better if managed correctly.

• Beautiful property very happy

  Renting was very easy and accurate. Very affordable. Would rent again. Only negative was area traffic. Super heavy
