Nice house in convenient location
3/5 We thought the house itself was great, plenty of room to spread out for my son’s graduation weekend. When we got there- our code did not work for the door and we called contact who tried to reset it, but just gave us another code to use instead. House was very clean. Which is very important to us.
We did have an issue with the air conditioning. We noticed the downstairs air wasn’t working and when we called we were told someone should be out to fix. When we got back that night, it still was not working. The next night- the upstairs stopped working as well. So no a/c on either floor. When we called the woman on the phone suggested we just sleep with the windows open… Not my idea of a satisfactory response. We ended up checking out a night early because the air was not working on either floor. It’s a great house, but if the A/C doesn’t work…
Mountain Getaway
4/5 My husband & I booked this as a gift for our parents, so that we could all take a trip together for spring break & tour Biltmore. We wanted to be in the mountains but still close to Biltmore, and this property fit the bill!! We wanted something where our older parents didn't have to constantly climb stairs, & this cabin was great because they could all be in the main floor bedrooms! The game room down stairs was a hit with our 10 year old, and she enjoyed many ping pong, foosball, and dart games with her Grandfathers! The fact that we could take our dog was a plus too! Cleanliness is always a big concern for me, and overall I would say the house was fairly clean. The beds were extremely clean which is the main thing for me, but I did do some sweeping & a bit of mopping upstairs on our arrival. Again, I'm kind of OCD with that, and to have a property where pets are allowed you kind of expect to see a hairball here & there! Overall we had a fantastic trip, and I would stay in this property again! I would just say for anyone taking their pets there is a grassy area on one side of the home, but it's kind of steep so not ideal for those with mobility issues. However the main road is available if your dog prefers to take walks to do their business! Just remember to clean up after them!

5/5 This house is very large. It was wonderfully setup and decorated. Everything you need and with quality. Overlooks a goat farm over the back deck.
