  Property was well accommodated, fairly clean,and spacious. Pool area was relaxing. Area was busy with construction so would assume it would be quieter in years to come

  The house is perfect! It is well stocked with everything you could need. The house is newer & it has beautiful appliances. Plenty of towels & fully stocked bathrooms. The house is very clean & we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice & we took walks every day. It is also very close to restaurants and shops, & beaches, although the weather didn't cooperate during our stay. The owner & management company were very quick to inform us of vendor appointments & to answer questions. The house & grounds are very well kept. You can see they take pride in their property. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for your hospitality CJ & Evolve!

  Let me start off by saying that this is hands down the best property we've stayed at as a family and will plan on making it our new annual rental. Our usual home we've rented for years was not available so we decided to try somewhere new and we're so glad we did. CJ has thought of everything to make sure anything you can think of for the little ones was available. The pool shelf was perfect for our youngest (<2) and the lifesaver ring helped our 4 year old swim on his own the whole time. Location is a very quiet neighborhood with everything nearby, including restaurants, publix and Walmart, target, and even a Crumbl cookies less than 5 mins away. Even when it rained, the patio made it possible to sit outside and listen to the sound while cooling off. Fans in almost every room, wide open living space and the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on. I actually tried to find the tag on the mattress to purchase for back home. CJ was also very communicative and left a little souvenir for us waiting when we walked in. All new appliances in the kitchen and a great grill outside made for great cooking. Home was very clean and included a pack n play and high chair. Lots of board games and kids toys and a pool table and wagon in the garage too! Couldn't have asked for a better stay and property. Highly recommended especially for those with little ones.

  We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect. We spent most of our time by the pool and enjoying the outdoor space. Host was friendly and responsive to my questions. We definitely would stay here again.
