Short of Expectations
3/5 Unit was fairly clean except for carpet that is beat up. Blinds in master bedroom was missing a few pieces, so early morning sun came in and woke us up.Family room is not set up very well to watch the big TV.No cable in the bedrooms made those TVs not usable, which was a problem.Location of unit with proximity to beach and pools is not great.Showers did not have bath mats, which made them a hazard. Slipped getting out the first day and fortunately avoided seriously injury. Management company was nice enough to send up bath mats the next day.Kitchen was nice with lots of utensils. No dining room table turned out be more of a problem than we thought, though eating on the deck was nice until it got too hot.

Girls Trip
2/5 The property was fine but the condo we rented desperately needed cleaned. It looked like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks. One of the bed spreads had food stuck to it and the blankets were the same. The rugs need washed. The couch has a ripped cushion. The carpet needs replaced. Also, there needs to be more than 6 towels for a 3 BR apartment.

First time in the Ozarks
5/5 The property was everything the description said it would be!! We had a great relaxing week with friends and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our first trip to the lake a memorable one!!

Very clean and great location
4/5 Very Clean and comfortable. Limited clean, cooking and bath supplies for 5 night stay. :( . Coffee pot broken, contacted Rep. for replacement of coffee maker and bath supplies. NO RESPONSE. Procured new coffee pot and both supplies at my expense. All else good.
