Fruit flies
2/5 It was a great resort but the condo was infested with fruit flies. Apple cider vinegar in the fridge when we got there should have tipped us off! We thought they were bugs from lake but no they kept multiply when we were gone all day. Made a trap with the vinegar and caught over 59 in an hour. Contacted evolve and property contact. They bombed it today after we left. Feel as if we should be compensated for ruining our last night of vacation.

- We do use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. Thank you for reaching out to the Guest Contact during your stay so we could quickly resolve the issues that needed to be addressed. We did everything we could to resolve the fruit fly issue immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. We truly apologize for the issues you encountered.

5/5 Beautiful clean apt with sunrise view; exactly as pictured. Even when temps are chilly the deck is warm and sheltered. During my midweek stay it was very quiet. Portage lake is crystal clear.
Easy access to lake Michigan and quaint town.
Perfect "up north" vibe.
Compact floor plan is such that front door opens right into bedroom, but makes sense to have the lake view from the living room.
