    Positives: We recently stayed in this house for three days and found several positive aspects worth highlighting. The living area was incredibly spacious, offering ample room for relaxation and activities. The presence of a gym and massage chairs added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The property also appeared to be in a safe and secure location, which was reassuring for our family.Negatives: However, our experience was marred by several significant cleanliness and maintenance issues. Firstly, we were disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the house, which did not meet our expectations. We encountered black mold in certain areas and noticed inadequate cleanliness under the beds, where previous guests had left items behind. Additionally, bathroom locks were faulty, and the water flow throughout the house was subpar. The living area's carpet and sofa were not well-maintained, detracting from our comfort.Conclusion: While the spacious living area and safety of the location were positives, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance concerns significantly impacted our stay. We hope that these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests.Rating: Considering these factors, we would rate our stay at 2 out of 5 stars.
