4/5 Fantastic Large Vacation Rental Home!
5/5 Our stay at this Kouts, IN vacay home was exceptional! The home looked new. It was huge, clean, & modern. There are 4 bedrooms with beds for parents & kids & with their own bathrooms, plus a half bath. There are lots of things to do on the property - a massage chair, a pool table, a shuffle board table, big connect 4 game, two fire pits (one gas & one wood burning), walking trails, a sand volley ball court, a pickle ball court & a game out building by the courts. My family of 12 (8 adults & 4 little kids, under 5) had plenty of room. We spent most of our time out on the huge covered patio or in the kitchen. The kitchen, dining table, & pantry are huge! It is remote so we cooked & ate all our meals there for our 5 days. The grands loved using the dog shower for their rinse off. My 5 year old grandson said, " I could live here forever!".
Amazing getaway
5/5 We chose this location for a college reunion/get together. The property was huge with plenty of room for all of us. The home was incredibly well stocked with anything you would need for a stay away from home. The host was also wonderful to communicate with. Everything was extremely clean as well. Could not recommend this property enough!!

Great Spot
4/5 We enjoyed utilizing this house for our annual planning retreat. The property and home was great! Only suggestion would be to improve the quantity and quality of Kitchen items (dishes, cookware, knives, etc).

Wonderful Winter Stay
5/5 My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had everything we could need, clear instructions, and was extremely clean. Not to mention, the house was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this property as it was perfect for our family to come together and celebrate Christmas. Looking forward to another stay!
