5/5 The host was exceptionally welcoming, communicated with us before, during, and after our stay because of the inclement weather. The house was lovely, had a kitchen stocked with every tool and utensil imaginable, besides the pool and foosball tables, there were lots of games to keep everyone entertained. Such a great place to stay!

Great stay at super fun house!
5/5 Everything about renting this place was easy. The host quickly answered my initial questions the week before arrival, and also contacted me a day or two before check-in regarding the winter storm that was forecast during our stay, offering to allow us to reschedule. Since we needed to be in town during that time, we kept our reservation and were so appreciative to find emergency lanterns, candles, and firewood waiting for us in case of a power outage. So thoughtful!
Happily, no power outage occurred and we were able to fully enjoy the well appointed kitchen, pool table, foosball table, darts, and several of the board games.
This is a great house for a family gathering. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are fine, and there are seating areas that will accommodate a large group as well as areas better suited for quiet activities.
The next time we need a place to stay in the Woodlands area, this is definitely at the top of our list!

4/5 The location to restaurants and shopping was great! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I did have a few issues with the house.
1. We were disappointed that there was no Christmas decorations or even a tree up.
2. The uneven floors was a hazard the first day until we knew to step down! I almost fell because the flooring all looks the same with no indication that there is a step down and no warnings about it.
3. None of the clocks are working.
4. Two lamps in a bedroom have broken switches so you can't use them.
5. The toilets have to be flushed several times to work.
