Very Disappointed, roach invested
1/5 Property was very unkept and roach invested. The lawn had not been mowed in weeks with weeds over two feet tall. Roaches were all over the kitchen, in the dining room, and in the bedroom. The trash cans were packed full and smelled and it was apparent that they had not been dumped in weeks. I contacted the property manager and told her about the situation and was told that she would contact the maintenance company and let them know. No apology and in fact told me they hope I would come back to Bella Vista even if I rented from someone else. Very poor customer service from my perspective.

Real nice for what we do.
5/5 Like the location. It's in the center of our golf trip to golf courses. The house was clean. We had a bedroom for each guy. That was the great. Will try to get it on the fall trip back.
Roaches
1/5 People don't want to drop a thousand dollars to stay in a roach infested house. Very appalled.

Bella Vista golf trip
4/5 The place was nice, clean, and spacious. When we arrived, the temperature inside was 92 degrees. Left window in dining room will not work. Both outlets in master bathroom not working. Window shade in master bathroom not working properly.
