Hot Springs Horse Races
5/5 This property was so cute and clean! The location was perfect for us as it was close to the race track which was primarily what we were in Hot Springs to do. The surrounding houses in the neighborhood needed some upkeep- but we were prepared for that based on other reviews. The house was very spacious and had a huge fenced in backyard- great for littles to run off some energy or pets. There was plenty of space for parking as well. There were plenty of towels/ soaps/trash bags/ dishwasher detergent, etc. as needed for our stay. Very pleasant experience!

Great for family
5/5 This was a nice house for our family of 7 and our 2 yorkies. The neighborhood could use some cleaning up but the location is nice. It is close to a lot of things to do. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities! Also, it has a fenced in back yard for the puppers.
The only thing I would add, is TVs in the remaining bedrooms for the kids.

4/5 Property has been remodelled nicely. The neighborhood is a bit run down, but we had no issues. It was a great place to stay, plenty of parking, comfortable house. We have rented twice and will do again. Great deal!
