Worked great
5/5 Our family had a great stay. There were enough beds and sleeping options to fit all of us. We enjoyed sitting outside and using the outdoor tv, and pool table and BBQ. Nice touch with the patio lighting ambiance and gas fire pit too. The swimming pool was too cold to use but the hot tub was warm!
Plenty of Room
5/5 Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. Good location and quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking provided. Plenty of room to spread out but still be able to gather all together in the larger spaces. Grill propane tank needed to be filled, but the managers attended to it quickly. We would stay here again.

Havasu Balloon Fest
5/5 We stayed with a group... pilot and crew and had a great stay. The house was clean and in great condition.
Watching sports in the Roku TVs was a bit of a challenge but we were mostly here for ballooning.
Check in and check out were smooth and responsive.

5/5 This house had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed this house very much and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We were attending the World Finals, and it was so nice to be at the house, have dinner and let the kids play in the hot tub and pool. Love being in Lake Havasu!
