  In town to catch the Suns game and this spot was great - good location, lovely pool, comfy beds and all the amenities we needed. Nice to have meals poolside - now back to the rain!

• Okay but some issues

  The home itself and location were okay. Friendly neighbors and fit our needs, however... we were surprised when we went to go into the home that there was a baby watching cartoons and the cleaners still on sight. They told us to come back in another hour or so (in which case I did pay for the early arrival and they told me when we landed at the airport that we could go directly to the home and check in). The next day as we are out by the pool and two of the little girls swimming, a pool guy just walks in the back gate and starts cleaning the pool?! Doesn't say anything, introduce himself and is trying to clean the pool around the girls?! I did politely ask if there was a pool cleaning scheduled because we were not aware and if the girls needed to get out of the pool. I tried to contact "my host/communication" but no response. Really awkward, unsafe and inconvenient to have a male walk in unannounced to clean the pool when you are in it on vacation. Also there was mold in the master shower. Besides those, it was okay, but don't think we would stay there again!

Early check-ins are typically accommodated as a courtesy at no additional cost, and I regret that this was not properly arranged in your case. We will ensure better coordination between our cleaning staff and our guests in the future to prevent such surprises.
  
  Regarding the unannounced pool cleaning, I completely understand your concern, and I agree that it was inappropriate and unsettling. Pool maintenance is scheduled sporadically, but our service providers should always announce themselves upon arrival. I will personally address this with our pool service team to ensure that proper communication protocols are followed in the future.
  
  As for the mold in the master shower, I am deeply sorry for any discomfort this caused. While our property is cleaned regularly, including thorough cleaning of all bathrooms, it's clear that we missed the mark in this instance. Rest assured, I will work closely with our cleaning staff to address this issue promptly and prevent its recurrence.

  The house was exactly as expected. Of course, our family has lived in this neighboorhood for 50+ years and have a couple of family members living a few streets over. However, this place is very well maintained and clean. Recommended to anyone that wants to stay in cental Phoenix.

  The home was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in an ideal location for our needs. The backyard was perfect for our dog, and the neighborhood was nice for morning walks.
