Great place in Surprise!
5/5 Had a great stay with my doubles partner and one other team for a tennis tournament! Comfy beds, quiet rooms, and great living space. Very near the Surprise Sports Complex so very convenient!

Comfortable and Fun
5/5 The layout of the house is very comfortable. Our party consisted of 6 people, and we all had a very nice room with clean sheets. There were plenty of towels and there were nice dental supplies, shampoos, and conditioners available in all the bathrooms. We had a lot of fun on the back patio and pool area in the evening sharing company while playing corn hole. The house rules are very reasonable and the checkout requests are also very reasonable and easy. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful spring break trip
5/5 We came down for our spring break to escape the cold and had a wonderful stay in this home. Very clean, plenty of space for our group of 8 and nice location. The outdoor seating was perfect for our group to eat dinner outside and relax by the beautiful pool. Truly enjoyed the home and would stay there again if we make our way back in the future. Thank you

House with it all!
5/5 Very clean which I love, and there was plenty of space for two families 8 total. The pool and backyard is a beautiful setting and if warm enough kids would be happy there the entire stay. Quiet area close to numerous restaurants, stores, ballfields and more. The park behind is an added plus for kids. I will recommend to others and plan to return!
Great house and had everything we needed.
4/5 Very close to Surprise Stadium (why we picked it). Was able to walk home from one of the games. We will be back.Easy to get around and get to things you need when you stay in a house. Stores, restaurants.Even got to pick a few citrus fruits to take home with us...
