Open communication can be much better.
3/5 There was a giant hole in the main bathroom ceiling from a leak that was under repair but not finished when we checked in. Fireplace was also broke. Clearly this was known before we checked in and was not communicated until after we arrived. Would have prefered to know this and decide if we wanted to stay on the property.

- I'm sorry to hear about the concerns raised in your review. Before you arrived, we made sure to inform you about the issues. While the ceiling leak was promptly repaired and patched, the drywall took a bit longer to complete. We do understand that the appearance of the wall patch may have been less than ideal, and we apologize for any inconvenience. The fireplace issue was also addressed as soon as possible, and thankfully it wasn't the primary source of heat during your stay.

Great location with nice clubhouse
5/5 We enjoyed our stay, very nice location close to the ski resorts we visited. Communication with Scott was excellent and the place was as advertised. The clubhouse next to the apartment was a nice feature for relaxing after skiing all day.

Colorado Ski Trip
5/5 Nothing completes a full day of skiing like having a clean comfortable place to come back to in order to relax and recover. Our condo for this trip met this desire. It was clean, well maintained, with a well proportioned kitchen, and comfortable beds. We even had access to wide variety of streaming TV channels. The view from the living room overlooking Silverthorn and Dillon with views of Keystone ski runs was a plus. Would definitely consider staying there again on our next ski trip.
