• Amazing House-D2 Summit

  3 mom/daughters plus a sibling and Grandma stayed here for 4 days during D2 Summit. The house was perfect, everyone had enough space and bathrooms! Pool was great to jump into, house was well stocked with essentials. The house was about 10 minutes to espn and 15 minutes to the Disney Parks. Would stay here again!

• Great location but needs TLC

  The house would have been much nicer and higher rated if the following had happened:

  - Coming into the house the house seemed great but then as we were unpacking the home seemed to be not very clean. The kitchen looked as if it was untouched from the previous guest. The whole house was not vacuumed and the tile floors were not cleaned. We had to go out and purchase cleaning products to clean it.

  -The kitchen supplies were not sufficient. As 2 families staying there with 6 small kids makes it tough to go out to eat so we like to cook in. Which is the main reason for this property. However, things such as melted cutting boards, cooking pans being over used and not able to cook with because of the damage. Seemed to be very difficult to accomplish cooking in which was frustrating.

  -There also was a lack of bath and swim towels in this property. We were constantly having to wash towels because there were not enough.

  - The pool light was out and the pool skimmer was not working. So I would have to manually skim the pool multiple times a day.

  Overall, it was a great space. The kitchen had plenty of room. All 10 of us fit in there great with plenty of room to spare. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great with room to spare. Pool was really nice and it had a great view into the trees. The issues that we had the owners and property managers were very responsive and did the right thing by refunding us the cleaning fee, so it was good service. The house was in a Good location to pool/main area. I would stay there again.

• Great house and location but not clean

  Overall the house was a great set up and the pool area was great as well. The gated resort community was beautiful and the pool with waterslides included was a bonus! However the house cleanliness was not good. There was hair and dust on the bathroom floors (behind the doors especially), the game room in the garage was gross, had mounds of dead insects in the corners. There was a bag of popcorn by the hot tub as well as random tiles. The whole place needs a good cleaning including the outside area.

Despite regular pest control treatments for both the interior and exterior of the home, insects may still be present due to the climate.
