    The property was perfect for our family of 4 adult couples. Each couple had their own bedroom/ bathroom and there were several other bedrooms available if needed. The house had a very nice kitchen with update appliances and ample utensils. The pool was amazing and heated to the high 80’s which perfect since the outdoor temperatures were cool. Like most stays in rented homes we did have a couple of minor issues that the owner quickly revolved. We would not hesitate to stay in this home again.

    When I want to ask a question about the property, I was passed around. The POC number on the email they sent me was preferred text messages and I did but no answer. I called the evolve but I was pass around until today that evolve kept calling me because they thought I will buy a property. The number they gave me on the email I received cannot speak or understand English just spanish. They should know that not everyone can speak spanish. Check out day, received a text to inform me again the check out time. I’m aware of checking out time. On the time I had a question, they didn’t answer or call. Time of check out, they are so eager to kick us out of the house.

  • Rescued from the brink

    Trip started out trying and frustrating. From trip to airport, seat assignments and rental car (1 ½ hours in line), this was starting out to be a disaster. Then the rental home. Hot, hot, hot. Called contact given on email and no response. This was Evolves issue as the person was no longer the primary contact. Next day after a busy day at Disney all of us were not looking forward to another hot night. However, the owner learned of our plight and took over the situation. He performed admirably as he knew what it was like to be frustrated over so many issues. He had an a/c man there right away. A bad thermostat and one that would not hold temp and he compensated us for the problem. He went above and beyond to turn a bad situation into a winner. For that he gets 5 stars.
