  great emplacement, close to everywhere in Orlando, house need a little renvation but really clean, i enjoy my stay there

  There is a contact number for local assistance, but the gentleman is not prompt in responding. It took a day and we still never received toilet paper. We did get shampoo, conditioner and soap on day 2. I work remotely. The internet barely worked. I had to leave and go to a coffee shop. We had 5 channels on the living room TV. The bedroom Tvs got no signal at all.The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. The bathroom has moisture on the ceilings and walls after showering. It was clean and there were 3 bedrooms. I probably would have been happy if the response had been prompt and issues resolved. He only responded by text and I had to get in touch with Evolve before he texted.

  A city so small that the police department was located inside the 7-11 on the other side of the stop sign. It's a very safe area, and I was on a working vacation traveling for official reasons.
