Just perfect
4/5 This house was perfect for our family, just the right size. Convenient location. The pool and outdoor area made it so much better. The neighborhood felt safe besides the neighbors directly beside the property were iffy. My only complaint would on the cleanliness the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The cups actually had sand stuck in the bottoms of them, the floor duster was too dirty to use, the outside bbq area still had trash from previous renters and had not been cleaned in a while. Lastly one of the bathrooms only had a half roll of tp and no spares. We we able to get everything cleaned up and enjoyed our time.
Rainy weekend in Tampa
4/5 The house was great. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Unfortunately, it rained 48 hours straight on our weekend getaway and we discovered indoor activities were limited in the area. Had to drive 30-45 minutes to find indoor activities for adults. We were hoping to utilize the dock and pool more but Mother Nature was not on our side.

Thanksgiving
5/5 This was the perfect house to spend Thanksgiving with my family in Florida. Plenty of space for everyone that came for dinner . The pool was a good size . Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to swim. The house manager was great! She responded right away with any questions I had. I would stay again !

Quite canal-front escape
5/5 My wife and I enjoyed a short getaway at this canal-front property. The house was immaculately cleaned and has plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the pool with the sun shelf and additional seating.

Comfortable and Inviting
4/5 Home is a work in progress, owner is working on decorating and adding amenities to improve the home. Steps are numerous, one must be aware when using the sun room and pool area. Sophia was helpful, overall we were satisfied.
