Great condo for 4 people
4/5 Condo met our needs for the week. Appreciated the coffee, paper products, towels and linens that were provided. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook. Designated parking spot. Half a block walk to beach. Enjoyed morning breakfast on sturdy bistro table/chairs on covered balcony. Elevator and Keyless entry to unit a big plus.

Unit not as described, cleanliness issues, unresponsive host
1/5 I would not stay here again!!! We had so many issues and the property manager Nick was unhelpful and only available to contact until you ask him to resolve an issue and then he will ghost you. Everything in the unit is old and dirty. We had early checkin approved a week in advance and arrived at 2:30 (Normal check in is 4pm) and the unit had not been cleaned when we arrived and cleaners did not get there until 3:51pm and basically changed only the sheets and did no other cleaning. Nick accused me of lying when the balcony door locked behind us and we ultimately had to call fire/police to help us. He did not reach back out to see if we got back in safely and has ghosted me when I asked him to make things right. Elevator broke the day we checked out. For the money we spent, you would expect ALOT more. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Perfect location
4/5 Condo was in a very nice and quiet location-just a very short walk to the beach. The condo itself was a very nice size and a perfect size for the 4 of us.

Cute place. Not very clean.
3/5 I reserved this condo for my partner and I and another couple for a 2 night stay. The condo, though not as spacious as pictured, was still roomy enough for the 4 of us. The listing stated that toiletries and such were included however we arrived and found that was not the case. There was barely a quarter roll of paper towels and toilet paper. There was also sand on every floor surface and the couches. I called the guest contact and told him about the toiletries and sand. He advised that the listing had to be updated as he no longer provided toiletries but toilet paper and paper towels should have been replaced. No comment was made about the sand. My party and I found a convenience store and had to buy everything that was missing for our stay. There is an elevator in the building that you can use if you have time to wait and are courageous enough to get in it. The stairs are quicker and look safer. All in all the place served its purpose but I expected a lot more considering the price of our stay.
