Beaufort
5/5 Perfect for what we were needed this time. Visiting family who recently established residence in the area and we are thinking of moving ourselves as we have visited the area a few times.
Owner was gracious to provide a grill (brand new) just by us making an inquiry!
Location is perfect for walking to the waterfront!
Weekend Stay
3/5 Inside was clean, however the cleaning person was there at 4 pm checking so we had to wait in the back room for an hour until she was done. Limited kitchen utensils, had to buy a spatula. Slow drains in bathroom and kitchen. Outside nothing special. Next door house yard is a junkyard. Close enough to walk to everything in Beaufort.

Owner's response: "Glenn, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
- We want to apologize for the cleaning issue, we were set to take same-day bookings but have updated our listing so that this doesn't happen again. We are sorry that you had to wait for the cleaners to get the property ready for you.
- We have hired a plumber to take care of the drainage issues. There was a past guest who put food down the drain and we don't have a disposal so this caused the problems. They should be fixed in no time.
- When we first started renting the kitchen was equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and 3 different size spatulas, looks like they have walked away. We will check to see what needs to be replenished.
- We do provide our guests with two sitting areas on the patio, one includes a fire pit and chairs and the other sitting area has an umbrella that lights up at night, we strive to make it beautiful and comfortable for our guests.
- We have asked the neighbors to remove the junk and we will continue to ask, but can't do much else, sorry.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."Roomy & clean
