  Furniture old and uncomfortable. Needs a cleaning and paint. Smells of mildew everywhere!

  It was so dark. Pictured in the listing looked bright. The stairs to the cave downstairs were a joke. Hot tub was nice as were the rockers out front. Could be decent if some work was put in. We had to hose off the porch by the hot tub. The whole set up of the place was weird.

  of year are full of moisture and we do maintain dehumidifiers to aid with
  this. We'll check those to ensure they're functioning properly.

  brightness portrayed in the photos. We will review our lighting to ensure
  brightness isn't an issue.
  
  We understand the stairs to the downstairs area were not up to your
  expectations. We fully disclosed this in our listing for guests to know
  ahead of time. Perhaps you missed that.
  
  On a positive note, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the hot tub and
  the rocking chairs on the porch. However, it is concerning that you had to
  hose off the porch yourself. Our team will ensure that outdoor areas are

  This was convenient to ski at Cataloochie. We enjoyed spreading out. The staircase is difficult to navigate. The basement was hard to keep warm. The top floor was cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub!

  The staircase to the basement is an adventure, but you can easily take the outside route if it doesn’t work for you!

  Lovely location, was perfect for hiking in the area. The hot tub was great. No ghosts, always a plus

  We rode our motorcycles here and it was nice to be able to put them undercover. The house was very nice and had everything you needed. A couch would be nice in the living room and the spiral steps just have to be careful with. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom is very short. Other than that, the house is perfect. Cute set up, awesome location, hot tub, kitchen and porches are amazing. We used the grill and stove. We enjoyed our stay.
