Great space and location
5/5 Cute, comfy spot. Clean. Quick responses from hosts. Right next door to a beautiful park. It was perfect for my wife and I while we were in town for a trade show. Would definitely recommend!

Nice Studio
5/5 The property was clean, safe and well equipped. Having the park across the street was great. It gave us a nice place to walk both ourselves and our four legged friend. Host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly.

Cleanliness
2/5 Please wash your comforter and make sure there is no hair from the pets that stay there.
Check the trash cans and floor for dog treats and food.
People pay a lot for cleaning fees and expect to be sleeping in clean linens.
I am sure the hair got on the sheets and pillow cases from the comforter.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: Regarding the comforter and sheets, please be assured that our standard protocol includes thorough washing of the comforter and sheets after each guest's departure. While a few dog hairs were inadvertently missed during our cleaning process, we promptly addressed this issue upon being notified. It appears that these stray hairs might have been stirred up by the ceiling fan during the bedding arrangement, albeit in a very limited quantity. Upon the guest's report, we swiftly replaced all linens and comforters within a mere fifteen minutes to rectify the situation. Our communication records with the guest via text verify the immediate resolution implemented. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
Wonderful place
5/5 The entrance was easy and secure to a lovely room that was spotless and had everything that you need. The location could not have been better; easy access to WFU, Reynolda, Downtown and Tanglewood/Clemmons.
