Great location, not clean
4/5 This rental had everything we were looking for. The location was close enough to drive where we wanted and we loved having the butte in the back yard. We were only disappointed in the cleanliness of the space. Surfaces were clear and clean, but the floor was unwashed and we found hair in one of the beds. The cleaning fee was the highest we had encountered, so we expected better. The rental company did not respond to our message or email about these issues.

Great Location for Kids
5/5 Property is tucked into the back corner of a housing development and backs up to a state park. Playground within walking distance, close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was a bit tight - only bring one vehicle. On-site washer and dryer was a huge bonus. King bed was a bit squeaky and pull out bed wasn’t very useful. I suspect the guests before us had a cat as our daughter’s allergies acted up every time she sat on the couch.

Almost perfect
4/5 My family and I stayed here for two nights. It was in a wonderful location, easy to get anywhere we wanted in Bend. The house was spacious and well equipped.
The owners asked that shoes be removed in the home and it became clear the floors weren’t clean. We found hair in my daughter’s bed that didn’t belong to any of us. I wrote to our Evolve contact that this was the case and they didn’t respond.
Great location for 4th July Fireworks!
5/5 Property is located in a quiet cul de sac but certainly came alive for 4th July celebrations and backed on Pilot Butte so optimum location for a front row seat for the fireworks display.. The property is close to town and amenities (groceries, restaurants, On Tap beer garden). Also a central hub close to highway so you can commute to locations of interest. Our family had a wonderful stay. House was comfortable and had all the things we needed. Would definitely stay again and use this property!
