One Issue Quickly Resolved
5/5 Great view, good price, and nice setup for my small family. AC had an issue, but owner got HVAC fixed same day!

5/5 Location of the unit at The Breakers was very good. Kitchen well stocked. The view is very nice - pool and see the ocean water and some of the beach. Communication with the manager was excellent ! Will look forward to booking unit again.

Conveniently located
4/5 We are a family of four. Two small kids (8 and 6). This condo is small and probably wouldn’t work for us if our kids were any bigger. Communication with owner was great, and location was awesome. The pool area was nice, and generally the building was quiet.
The condo could use some upgrades nothing major and mostly cosmetic. Needs some TLC. We enjoyed our stay overall but it was a tight space.
