CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This unit is located in a gated community. To access the community, please use the intercom and press the call button for '19-I'
- The unit is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- 2 gate cards, parking passes, and an access card for the pool & hot tub will be on the kitchen counter inside of the unit
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please leave the gate cards, parking passes, and amenity access card on the kitchen counter
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

- The wireless internet network is open. No password is required

- This 3rd-floor unit requires using an outdoor staircase to enter
- Pest control will be on-site to service the condo every 2nd Thursday 
- Please only use the pool while it is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community lot. Please display the provided parking passes at all times
- RV/trailer/motorcycle parking is not allowed on-site
