CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Log out of streaming services
- Leave pool passes on the kitchen counter
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs to access 
- 2 pool passes for the community pool can be found inside the unit upon arrival
- The shuttle service is operational 7 days a week and runs from May until Labor Day Weekend. After Labor Day, it runs weekends only until the end of October. The shuttle runs about every hour starting at 9:00AM until 4:30PM from locations around the resort and from the beach at 46th Ave North. Shuttle will stop and pick up at the golf driving range and Barefoot Landing upon request. Rider must tell driver upon entering shuttle. There is a shuttle pickup location at the entrance to Ironwood

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot
- Parking passes are required; 2 parking passes can be found on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Please fill out the passes and place them on the dashboards of your vehicles
- Golf carts, motorcycles, and RVs are not allowed within the community
