5/5 We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean and comfortable, the perfect place to get away and relax for a week. Check in was easy, instructions were emailed and texted several days before our arrival, and the place had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet
4/5 The cabinet was awfully nice really enjoyed it but the old TV up in the loft could really be updated and the mattress wasn't very comfortable.

Dirty
2/5 The cabin is a very cute cabin but it was very dirty. The place hadn’t been cleaned in a while it looked like. The floors were nasty and the beds were stripped. The mattresses looked gross too. It was definitely not worth the money we spent. We tried to enjoy our time together though since it was Christmas. We definitely won’t be staying there again.

We greatly appreciate your feedback, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner: On the day in question, regrettably, an oversight occurred where our scheduled housekeeping service was inadvertently omitted due to a holiday-related absence. Upon the guest's arrival and subsequent notification, immediate action was taken to rectify the situation. However, due to the guest's prompt arrival, a comprehensive cleaning couldn't be executed as intended. In acknowledgment of this lapse, we promptly reimbursed the cleaning fee on the same day of your stay as an acknowledgment of our mistake. We trust that the steps taken to address the situation have contributed positively towards alleviating any inconvenience experienced. We do all we can to make the best possible stay and look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.
