  The house was clean and represented well in the pictures. The neighbors are quiet and we did not see a lot of traffic. The grocery stores and downtown are a short drive away.

  Overall the house was great. We enjoyed the gas stove. Exactly what we needed for our stay. A couple of things. The small bathroom smelled of marijuana the entire stay. Even after using air fresheners on multiple occasions. The dish water had stagnated water sitting in it causing the house to smell like rotten eggs. There needs to be ice trays or access to ice for those who stay, especially long stays as we did. It would be nice to have a tv in every room. It would also be nice to have enough towels and wash cloths for all the days that you stay. And given the temperature of Texas during the summer, having access to the garage would have been beneficial.

• New, but needs some attention ........

  Stayed for 10 days. New home. Good location for my situation. Neighborhood felt safe.

  Front door keypad needed to be fixed - had to access house from side door when checking in and checking out.

  Master bathroom faucet was loose and moved around when turning on and off faucet.

  Biggest issue was the thermostat. Kept resetting itself to 85 degrees. This became very annoying especially during the night. ( I understand wanting to be energy conscious and saving money, but the occupant should be able to be comfortable while they are paying to stay there.)

  I am wanting to rebook for another trip in July but am hesitant due to this factor and it being summer.

  Did have to talk to the contact person once due to an electrical storm that knocked the power out and the tv service. Very responsive, but was pretty much out of their hands as he had no control over restoring service. Fortunately, was only a couple of hours.

  The house was new and clean. The yard needed to be mowed, the a/c would reset back to 75 in the middle of the night. The coffee pot was broke, I had to purchase my own as they could not replace it the same day. The internet would not allow you to watch Netflix or many stream services.

  "We strive to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests and we apologize for any inconvenience that prevented this.
  -We've addressed the lawn with our landscaping service so this issue does recur for our future stays. We have also spoken with our maintenance person and it sounds like there may have been confusion on how to operate the Smart thermostat. We'll be sure to go over our current guide and make sure it is clear in the instructions.
  -After your departure, our cleaning team took a look at the coffee machine and noticed that the timer was not set correctly to brew. This can prevent the coffeemaker from functioning like usual.
  -The decision to not have streaming services was intentional, but we apologize if it inconvenienced you. We do this for security reasons, but the TV has all the standard channels, and the instructions for use are relayed in the welcome book.
  We’d love the chance to provide you with a truly 5-star travel experience and we hope you consider staying with us again in San Antonio."
