Overall, nice stay
4/5 We enjoyed our stay. The description was accurately described online. The community is a nice community; I was surprised we were on a busy street--literally, across the street from a Food Lion. That would have been nice to know. But, it turned out fine.
While the house was overwhelmingly clean, we found quite a bit of hair throughout the house--on the bedding, towels, floor, etc. That was a turn off. My mother-in-law said it was dusty under the bed when she had to reach for something that had dropped.
I never received a check-in email with directions. However, when I contacted manager, they quickly sent information.
There is a problem in the "master" bedroom with the plumbing or septic tank. There was a terrible order that began the second day. It literally smelled like sewer and it got stronger by the third day. It was so strong we re-arranged sleeping arrangements so no one had to sleep in the room. This definitely needs to be addressed.
If had to stay again, I would give it a try. Hopefully the sewage issues would be resolved. I would like to see no hair. But, the house fit our needs for the weekend.

Not what’s advertised
3/5 Says sleeps 12… no where does that say 2 are a blow up air mattress. Floors were Sandy. You cannot open the microwave, the install was not taking into account the hinges on the wall.

Virginia rental
4/5 Disappointed to find blood on the bedsheets, but they were responsive and sending new sheets promptly. Place is basic, but served our needs for it. We can tennis tournament.
